I didn’t set out to learn this.
But here I am.
Energy stewardship
Being aware of:
where my energy goes
what I give it to
what I take on
Not from fear.
But from alignment.

I used to think love meant:
Doing more.
Holding more.
Being more.
Now I’m learning:

Love can also mean:
Letting go.
Stepping back.
Trusting more.
Not everything needs my energy.
Not everything needs my response.
And that doesn’t make me less loving.
It makes me…
more aligned.
This is where I am now.
And I’m at peace with it.
